Have you noticed how you can think "I'm a confident singer" over and over and yet you still feel like a fraud?
It’s frustrating huh?
You might be inserting that lovely little phrase in your mind, but your body is like "Nuh uh, I don't believe it."
Our subconscious beliefs live in the body.
It’s why you blush beetroot red, hunch your shoulders, avoid eye contact
Because you don’t believe you’re worthy of the title of “Singer.”
Yet.
Many singers are disconnected from their instrument, their body.
Compartmentalising the breath, the vocal tract and judging the worthiness of their expression entirely based on “making the right sound”.
Rather than unfurling all that trying, all that tension, and learning to TRUST that what’s in your heart will translate and be enough.
Be beautiful.
Evoke an experience.
If you’re disconnected from your body, I promise you, you’re experiencing only HALF the juiciness singing has to offer.
