singing lessons coach.jpg

Hey, I’m thrilled that you want to find out more about lessons with me!

BUT I do have to warn you that this is a (sometimes polarising) choose your own adventure game.

I’m going to spill on exactly what coaching with me is like and you can run into my open arms (y’know, book in) or you can hightail it in the complete opposite direction.

Either way, I’m not going to be offended. It’s cool.

I work with singers (or those who’d love to become singers) who know that it’s not just about the singing for them.

It’s about replacing that aching for more with a lightning strike.

About saying HELL YES to themselves and their creativity.

About blowing their own damn mind because they really have no idea what’s possible for them.

It doesn’t matter what level of experience you’re at, it matters whether or not you’re willing to go ALL IN.

My kinda peeps invest their time, energy and cashola because it’s that important to them.

It’s at this point that I know 80% of people have stopped reading and run for the hills.

And if you haven’t, you’re already my kind of person. This is going to be fun.

Teaching your body to sing is the easy part.

People don’t believe me when I say that, but it’s true.

We’ll sort out your breath, your tongue, your anchoring - all of it. No problemo.

It’s taking out the trash that’s harder.

The self doubt, the fear of failure, the hesitation, the playing small, the comparison, perfectionism and apathy.

Oof, hits you right in the gut doesn’t it?

I know because dude, I’ve been there.

If you want someone who’ll stay out of your head and teach you about the mechanics of vocal technique and leave your insecurities alone, I’m not the teacher for you.

But if you want to be challenged, nudged (with love) outside your comfort zone and taught how to become your own best teacher and PLAY BIGGER - then let’s do this.

If that hit home HARD for you and you cannot wait to get started, here are your options:

If you live in Melbourne and would like to catch up face to face, you can come hang with me at my studio in Elwood.

Everything I do in my studio can be wrangled to work for Skype, so never fear if you’re elsewhere.

Just so you don’t have to do too much math, this means it’s approx $318 USD, £247, 286 or $416 CAD at the time of writing this.

Lessons are to be paid in advance before the 1st of the month.

All scheduled lessons are to be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours before the start time otherwise the full fee will apply.

Head to the Bookings page to flick me all your details. I can’t wait to get started!

Thank you so much, I can’t believe the difference. I sang the whole song again and even my husband (who was at the other end of the room) said he could hear the difference.

I thought I was too old to be able to change and you did it in one hour, now I just need to make it a habit.

It’s amazing I feel as though I have something I can do now that will actually work. Thank you for helping me.

Kim is absolutely wonderful—not only is she an extremely comfortable person to sing in front of (something important for beginners, such as myself), but her ability to diagnose what specific challenges you’re having with your voice and what exercises will help overcome those challenges is uncanny.

I feel happier, more comfortable, and confident with my voice after every lesson. I have been told by friends and family that my voice has really started blossom, and I accredit it all to the help of this lovely woman. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Kim!

I am a singer/song writer and I gig around a lot. I came to Kim with nodules and a very tired voice.

The techniques Kim has shown me have improved my situation so much. I can now rely on my voice and have learnt ways to sing that do not cause me any discomfort.

I have had singing lessons for nearly 20 years now and Kim is the first teacher that has truly helped me. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. She also happens to be one of the most amazing and inspiring women I know!

Since starting lessons with Kim I have gone from being very self-conscious about my voice to actually feeling comfortable singing.

Going to my first lesson I was so nervous, having to sing in front of somebody was like my worst nightmare! Kim did an amazing job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable and I came away feeling really enthusiastic and wanting to come back for more.

That was six months ago and I’m still here. Singing was something I never thought I could do, but thanks to Kim I have proved myself wrong!

Since starting lessons with Kimberley, my vocal ability has improved dramatically. Her fun, easygoing teaching style is complimented by her technical expertise.

She is an amazing teacher, and it is an absolute pleasure to attend lessons every week. Kim is always encouraging me to improve, while making sure I feel comfortable and secure within my abilities.
