“This course challenged me to examine what was going on in my head and to unpack ways of thinking that I'd not noticed were there. Self-limiting beliefs were effectively closing me down, making me feel resentful with a lot of suppressed energy that I was expressing in self-damaging behaviour. It's not easy to confront the reality that your life has gone off course/ that I had missed opportunities that were important to me and that I wasn't living my life aligned to the values I hold dear. I was pretty angry with myself for a long time.

The course helped me to navigate through that maze and to come up with some practical solutions to turn the situation around. I've still got a way to go but feel I've already opened up to engage with the world and the people around me in a much more honest and vulnerable way. I'm taking risks (the healthy kind) and my self-sabotage type behaviour has pretty much stopped. There is a lot more joy in my life now.

I'd recommend this course to artists of all ages - in fact people would ideally do it every five years or so to check that they are still on track to where they want to go and be in life.”
