#13: Cultivating New Habits with Breath

Okay, so what does this deep practice idea look like in practicality?

Let’s take a concept (breath support) and give you some specific tool/noises and areas of focus so you can try this out for yourself!

The three things we’re looking for when it comes to breath support are:

  • Rib movement and containment

  • Belly response

  • Consistent airflow (not choppy or puffy)
