#18: Performance
In order to not completely erode all the trust you’ve been building up with your voice over the past weeks, we need to have a chat about performance.
If we decide that performance is about flawless delivery and everyone enjoying what we share, we’re doomed (not to be dramatic, but our self worth IS on shaky ground).
