The #1 Tool to Get Rid of Vocal Strain

The most common complaints I hear from singers (and those who are too terrified to even call themselves singers yet) are that their throat feels uncomfortable or that they’re losing their voice.

Some call it vocal strain or fatigue, others throat tension and others feel it as a tickle or irritation.

Whatever it is, it isn’t a welcome guest to your singing party - so here’s my favourite trick to sing with more ease PLUS the added bonus of a fuller, more consistent sound.

The video I mentioned about the inhale lives here if you’re keen to check that out.

The important thing is that you put this into practice and KEEP IT SLOW.

The singers who get the best (and funnily enough, fastest) results are the ones who focus on each part of the process (the inhale and then how they’re blowing into the straw).

Would you like some extra with your breathing and support for singing?

Pop your details below to get a game plan to follow to make sure you stop fighting for air and sing with more ease (AND a better sound).
