How to Breathe for Singing
I know you’ve already got the day to day breathing thing sussed, but breathing for singing is a totally different ball game.
While we breathe into the chest day to day, we don’t want to do this when we sing. It feels tight, we feel tension in our throat and our voice comes out thin and pushed.
Check out the video below to see how to breathe lower, letting the ribs, back and belly expand and WHY.
Trust me, this is the first piece of the puzzle you’ll want to practice - it can make a HUGE difference to your sound!
Would you like some help putting this into practice?
I have a free online workshop on what to do next to make sure you stop fighting for air and sing with more ease (AND a better sound).
